SPARE PARTS

Our large warehouse allows us to have a wide range of spare parts always available. In this way the downtime of our customers is reduced to a minimum, both when our internal technical assistance intervenes, and when spare parts are delivered by national and international express carriers.

We also have a warehouse of tools for press brakes and shears, so as to satisfy every specific working requirement.

Our technicians are continuously updated in the use of the latest technologies and are therefore able to train your staff in the best way possible in the use of our machines.

The customized training service provided by our technicians is available both at our headquarters in Riva del Po (FE) and at our customers’ companies.

MANUALS

The importance for our customers of making the best use of our machines often translates into the ability to easily consult the related manuals. Our technical staff therefore takes care of making all the technical documentation available as complete and clear as possible to make the use of our machines simple and effective.

IN HOUSE DEMONSTRATION

Our staff is able to carry out personalized demonstrations of the machines in our company and in our showroom: GADE’s spaces and highly qualified technicians are available at our headquarters in Riva del Po (FE).

During the visit you will be accompanied in the beating heart of one of the few Italian companies that still fully manages all stages of production. You will have the opportunity to see the complete cycle of processing to which the machine is subjected: from design to the realization of carpentry, milling on our latest generation mobile upright boring machines, painting, assembly and final testing.
