Integrated system with GADE’s AUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC BENDING BOMB that allows, thanks to a real time compensation, to obtain an absolute guarantee of the uniformity of the bending angle for the whole bending length.
Control system of the bending angle using the latest laser technology “DATA M” that uses a laser beam projected on the edge of the bent sheet and a camera that detects the reflected points, sending them to the CNC which transforms them into angles.
