HYBRID

  • Standard active automatic hydraulic cylinder made on sandwich anvil.
  • Standard increased cylinder stroke.
  • Very high speed of descent and ascent up to over 300 mm/s.
  • Improved bending accuracy thanks to micrometric linear transducers and the adoption of brushless motors for the control of servopumps directly connected to the 2 cylinders of the machine.
  • Higher bending speed thanks to the adoption of a laser beam protection system that guarantees a working speed higher than 12 mm/s and allows the change of speed by sheet “contact”.
  • Reduction of energy consumption up to 40% (depending on the model).
  • Less quantity of hydraulic oil.
